Intro to Outdoor Rock
Get your body moving and build your confidence on this one-day introduction to rock climbing program. Rock climbing is one of the fastest growing outdoor sports in the world, and no wonder – it's one of the best ways to get fit, get social, and get outside. Get a taste for it under the guidance of our ACMG-qualified instructors who have years of experience under their belts.
Our instructors will keep you safe as you learn, and their infectious enthusiasm for the sport will show you how climbing can turn into a lifelong passion. Using excellent local crags, they will get you climbing and show you what gear you need and how to use it. You'll be set on the right route to becoming a rock climber in no time.
Intro to Rock Rescue
If you spend any length of time in the vertical world, it is absolutely imperative that you and your partners have a good foundation in companion rescue skills. This program will begin with basic belay escapes and then move into raising and lowering systems that will help you deal with most problems. These skills are the foundation to more complex scenarios and participants will learn rescue protocols under the guidance of experienced and supportive instructors.
Intro to Trad Climbing
If you've learnt the basic lead climbing skills and want to develop more advanced techniques this 4hr lesson is for you. In our unique indoor climbing facility our friendly, highly-qualified staff will get you climbing and honing your lead climbing skills whilst sharing their knowledge on; guidebook interpretation, route selection and grades, placing protection, clipping and ropework, building belays, climbing movement technique and rappelling. All the skills in this lesson will be useful for any climber wishing to find more adventurous rock or alpine climbs.
Lead Climbing Intro Day
You've got the basics of outdoor climbing and want to start lead climbing, or you may already be leading indoors. This 1-day course will equip you with all the skills you need to get out and lead climb with confidence. Our friendly, highly-qualified instructors will get you out climbing and honing your lead climbing skills while sharing their expert knowledge on guidebook interpretation, route selection and grades, placing protection, clipping and ropework, building belays, climbing movement technique, and rappelling.

Rock Rescue Day
You want to learn how to stay safe when you're rock climbing. This is the course that every rock climber should take. You'll spend one day learning valuable self-rescue skills to get out of those tricky situations that should never arise, but all too often do. If you have any doubt about how you'd react in an emergency, this one day program covering self-rescue techniques, and how to cope if it all goes wrong, is an ideal way to put you and your climbing partner's minds at rest.
Trad Climbing Intro Day
This 1-day program is an accelerated version of our popular 2-day Trad Leader program and has identical content. We recommend that registrants attending this program have a background leading sport climbs and understand basic lead climbing principles to better prepare them for the faster pace.
Our Trad Climbing course introduces climbers to traditional gear, gear placement, gear anchors and leading strategies. The morning is spent practicing gear placements/ gear anchors and the afternoon is spent doing practice top roped leads and ultimately supervised leads. Upon completion of the program, participants should have the skills to safely lead single pitch rock climbs on their own.
Indoor Rock Climbing Intro
Our friendly, knowledgeable instructors will guide you through your first climbing experience. Get hooked on this fun and challenging sport in a 2-hour lesson while learning all the skills needed to pass a belay test. Ideal if you want to see what it's all about before you commit to a course.
Adult Climbing Club
Fitting a climbing session into our busy lives is always a challenge, but finding a reliable, safe climbing partner with the same schedule can be even harder. Led by one of our experienced climbing instructors, this club ensures that you enjoy a weekly climb in a fun and relaxed environment.

Movement & Technique Builder
When searching for improvement it’s easy to focus on increasing strength and fitness and hope good technique will somehow develop at the same time.
Climbing movement/technique is very important to being able to climb well and progress through the grades. Our experienced coaches will show you ways in which to position your body enabling you to climb with the minimum of effort. This knowledge is essential for the development of both boulderers and roped climbers alike.
Custom Adapted Climbing
Custom adaptive climbing programs for youth and adults with mental or physical considerations. These individualized programs will focus on developing physical literacy, confidence, and a sense of success through climbing and bouldering.
