The organizing committee is exploring the possibility of arranging a charter bus to transport delegates to Lake Louise on arrival in Calgary - AND - to transport delegates to the airport after the conference. If you would subscribe to such a service, please help us by filling in this short form that asks for details of your arrival at, and departure from, the Calgary International Airport. Note that a final decision about whether a charter bus is arranged will be made on 1 September and this decision will be made strictly on the basis of whether interest is declared from enough delegates to fill a bus. For those who might prefer to rent a car, the major rental companies operate within the Calgary International Airport (Hertz, Budget, Avis, Thrifty, National, etc.). Road maps are usually available from the rental car company upon request. If you are traveling with children, several of these companies offer the option of renting a child safety seat or car booster seat. If you decide to rent a car, parking at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is available at a charge of $15/day, or $25/day with valet parking. There is an outdoor parking lot for daytime visitors to Lake Louise and there is no charge for parking in this lot.

Please note that Lake Louise is located inside Banff National Park, and costs for all means of public transportation will include a National Park user fee of $5.50 per person. This fee is typically paid at the time of ticket purchase for public transportation options, or at the time of National Park entry for car rental options.
