Maccabi Haifa FC

  Welcome to the unofficial site of the best soccer club in Israel. Maccabi Haifa was established in 1919. Maccabi's home field is called Kiryat Eliezer it has 17,500 seats. Maccabi Haifa has won the last 2 Israeli championships and became the first Israeli club that advanced to the best league in the world which is the European Champions League. About 90 percent of Haifa's players play for their countries national teams such as Nigeria, Lithuania, Croatia, Bosnia and of coarse Israel. Maccabi Haifa nowadays called "the Israeli Manchester United" and one of the reasons for this name is the victory 3-0 over Manchester United in the European Champions League.
