Test Results

Test results are usually available six weeks after each test date; test results are not given out over the telephone.

Due to the recent PeopleSoft upgrade, how results are displayed has changed. When looking for your results, please be sure to check our website to see if all the results have been entered. If so, then follow the directions below to see your results.  

All results from the September 24, 2009 results have been entered. 

To check Effective Writing Test results:

1. Sign in to MyUofC.
2. Go to the Student Centre.
3. Click on Courses and Credits.
4. Choose University of Calgary for institution and Courses and Credits for report type.
5. Scroll to bottom of report to find Milestones.
6. Look for the exam date (eg. 2009/09/24 for September exam). If "completed" is next to the exam date, then you have passed the exam. If all of the results have been entered and you do not see the date and "completed", then you have failed the exam.

You are strongly encouraged to make an appointment with a tutor to review your marked test. You can make an appointment to see a tutor in the Writing Centre by clicking on "Book an Appointment" under Quick Links. If you do not pass the test, you may rewrite it.
