What is Health?

It is  "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". (World Health Organization, 2003). 


This online Wellness Guide was written by U of C students to enhance your student experience and to help you achieve a state of wellness that goes beyond the absence of illness so you can thrive in your University years.
