Getting Here

International visitors to Canada must carry a valid passport and, if required, a valid visa. Canada has introduced a new entry requirement, the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travellers with a valid Canadian visa. Some travellers will need an eTA before they can board their flight to Canada.

Canada Border Services Agency recommends that you apply for your eTA before you book your flight to Canada. All requirements for international visitors are detailed on the Canada Border Services Agency website. 

By Air
The Calgary International Airport (YYC) receives arrivals from all over the world. The airport is a 20-minute drive from the conference venue (direct trips only), which can be made by taxishuttle bus, accessible transportation , or public transit. More info »

By Bus
Red Arrow Motorcoach offers daily service from Edmonton and Red Deer, with service from Lethbridge by request. The downtown drop-off location is three blocks from the conference venue. More info »

Greyhound Canada offers service from locations across North America. The Greyhound bus depot is located a 5-minute drive or short transit trip from the conference venue. More info »
