2018 Conference Registration

Registration is managed by University of Calgary Conference and Events Management.  All authors and co-authors who attend the conference are required to register and pay the conference registration fee.  

Registration options

Full conference fee $350 CDN
Early bird fee - register by April 6, 2018 $300 CDN
Full conference fee - University of Calgary employees $300 CDN
Early bird fee - University of Calgary employees - register by April 6, 2018     $250 CDN
Undergraduate and graduate student fee $150 CDN
Undergraduate and graduate student volunteer fee *see note below

GST will be added to these fees | Early bird pricing in effect until April 6, 2018 at 11:59pm MDT

Cancellation and refund policy

Please note that cancellations before May 1, 2018 will be subjected to a $50 administrative fee.
After May 1, 2018 we will not be issuing any refunds.

Volunteer Registration

* University of Calgary undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral scholars are eligible to apply to be a volunteer at the 2018 University of Calgary Conference on Postsecondary Learning and Teaching. Successful applicants will have their full conference fee waived.  Volunteers are expected to attend a one-hour orientation prior to the conference and must volunteer for at least 8 hours throughout the 2-day conference.

Students wishing to volunteer must complete the application form at https://sway.com/iS4xR0U2WU8beCyd before March 14, 2018 to be considered. The volunteer coordinator will contact all successful applicants by March 30. 2018.
