The Undergraduate Research Symposium is held annually in the month of November. It is an event where undergraduates who have done research during the summer may showcase their findings and accomplishments. Perhaps a unique discovery has been made or a cool, new invention may come of research done over the summer by our undergraduates! This is an event to share accomplishments.
Headed by the Student Union, the Undergraduate Research Symposium (URS) is free for anyone to attend.
One of the most exciting parts for the (URS) is the poster competition, wherein the best research presentations may receive a number of awards, from $500 to $1000. The event recognizes many areas of acheivements and is cross-faculty.
