Residence Agreements

The Residence Agreement is found online through the Residence Portal. The document becomes available about one month prior to move-in day, usually on the first day of August. The agreement must be completed prior to checking into your room.

As part of completing the Residence Agreement it is required that students read and understand the Community Standards.

Completing your Residence Agreement

  1. Login to your Residence Portal
  2. Go to your application
  3. Complete the Resident's Selections (which includes selecting your meal plan)
  4. "Agree" to the Residence Agreement. Your electronic agreement constitutes your signature without requiring you to mail in signed documents.
  5. See a copy of the agreement
