Alberta Gambling Research Institute

Created in 1999 as a mechanism by which the Government of Alberta would support gambling research in Alberta, the Alberta Gambling Research Institute (AGRI) is a consortium that includes the University of Calgary, the University of Alberta and the University of Lethbridge. AGRI will make the University of Calgary its hub after relocating from the University of Alberta, where it was generously hosted since its inception. Funding for AGRI is provided by the Ministry of Treasury Board and Finance.
