About the ONEcard

What is ONEcard?

The ONEcard is a multi-purpose campus card for students, staff and faculty.

ONEcard serves as your official campus identification card.	ONEcard can be used as your quick, easy, no-fee debit card throughout campus.	ONEcard is used to access the library, gym, labs and other secure areas.	The UPass sticker on the ONEcard gives full-time students access to Calgary Transit services.

Use of the ONEcard

No person, other than the one pictured on the front of the card, is permitted to use the ONEcard for identification, access, debit or any other purpose. In the case your ONEcard does not feature a photo, the card will have limitations based upon the service requirements in place by each campus partner. The ONEcard will remain the property of The University of Calgary and, as such, must be returned immediately on request. Lost or stolen cards

Lost or stolen ONEcards must be reported immediately to the ONEcard Office in person during business hours, or by phone (403.220.7290) 24 hours a day. You are responsible for all transactions until your ONEcard is reported missing. Your card will be cancelled so that unauthorized persons cannot use the functions permitted by the card.

When a new ONEcard is made for you, all remaining funds in your ONEcard debit accounts will be transferred to the new card.

ONEcard holders are advised to keep track of and protect their ONEcards at all times. Lost, stolen, defaced, or damaged cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee.
