For All You Need On Campus
The Campus ONEcard is a multipurpose identification, debit and access card used across campus. The card is available from Campus Security located in MacEwan Student Centre.
NEW! You can now securely add funds to your ONEcard Multi-Purpose/General Debit account online. Just click the Add Funds to a ONEcard link on the left. No special login required -just basic information including the ONEcard (UCID) number and a valid Visa or Mastercard!
NEW! You can now check your balances, transactions and history online. Just click the Manage My ONEcard Online link on the left and log in using your MyUofC Portal account.
Starting in September 2008, new card designs will be issued. Existing cards remain valid and will benefit from new online services including balance and transaction review and credit card deposits to your general debit account.

Use of the Campus Card
No person, other than the one pictured on the front of the card, is permitted to use the Campus ONEcard for identification, access, debit or any other purpose. In the case your Campus ONEcard does not feature a photo, the card will have limitations based upon the service requirements in place by each campus partner. The Campus ONEcard will remain the property of The University of Calgary and, as such, must be returned immediately on request. Lost or Stolen Cards
LOST or STOLEN cards must be reported immediately at the Campus Security/ID Card Office Office or phone 403-220-7290 24 hours a day. You are responsible for all transactions until your Campus ONEcard is reported missing. Your card will be cancelled so that unauthorized persons cannot use the functions permitted by the card. All remaining funds in your debit account will be transferred to the new card. Lost, stolen or defaced cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee.
