As part of the award, O’Connor receives a strategic marketing audit from the Haskayne School of Business, a seat in the Business Essentials program, personal mentoring through the Haskayne Career Centre, as well as various speaking opportunities with the school.

The Haskayne School of Business provides the Rozsa Award for Excellence winner with a strategic marketing audit as part of assistant professor Debi Andrus’ Directed Study course. The audit provides valuable information for arts organizations so they can successfully navigate the challenges of an ever-changing market.

“The Rozsa Award will add great value to our work,” says O’Connor. “I look forward to the many opportunities made available to the continued thrivability of One Yellow Rabbit.”

The Rozsa Arts Management Program (RAMP) provides a rare opportunity for business colleagues in the arts community to network while enhancing existing leadership within their organizations. RAMP participants also work closely with a Haskayne School of Business faculty mentor to design and implement a plan to address an existing challenge within their organization.

Registration for the 2013-2014 RAMP opened on June 11. For more information or to apply, please contact Cammie Kaulback at cammie@rozsafoundation.org.
