Current Research

Recruitment for the Canada-wide IMAGINE study has begun.  More information about the project is available here

We are also investigating the relationship of new treatments for patients with IBS-C and how these treatments affect Quality of Life.  This study is by invitation only.

One of our key on-going areas of research is gastroparesis.  This increasingly common condition is not well understood and there are few effective treatments available.

In 2017, Dr Andrews is recruiting study participants for a Clinical Trial testing a prokinetic drug versus placebo for adults who have Gastroparesis, either Ideopathic or Diabetic (either Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes).  Click here for more details.  Email Research Co-ordinator, Lynn Wilsack, if you are interested.
