Minds in Motion Clubs

Come join us in the exciting world of science and engineering!

Microscope 2015

We are calling all kids to come put their scientific minds into motion!  The Girls Club began as a new adventure for Minds in Motion in 2012! Our Fall 2012 Girls Club was such a success that we expanded in 2013! Minds in Motion now offers COED clubs as of 2017. The dates, times and fees are:

Grade 2-4 Girls Club Saturday 9:00-12:00 - Fee: $250

Grade 3-5 COED Kids Club Saturdays 1:00-4:00 - Fee: $250

Fall: September 24 - November 26

Winter: January 21 - March 25

The club is similar to our camps, except the girls and boys are included in the planning process. This is the place to learn about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in a super fun environment.  Kids will have a chance to explore different types of STEM through hands-on projects. We really want them to have a place to come and get excited about STEM and learn about the careers that are available if they do decide to pursue an education in those fields.

Some of the elements of the Clubs include: a community project, mentors in STEM fields, the use of University of Calgary classrooms and laboratories, and all lead by our fabulous students at the University of Calgary.  Get on your lab coats and get ready for some fun!

The registration can be done online HERE, by email: or by calling 587-896-3516.
