1. How can I find out about Markin-Flanagan news and events?

In the generous spirit the Program promotes, all Markin-Flanagan events are free and open to the public.

3. How do I make a manuscript consultation with the Canadian Writer-in-Residence?

The Markin-Flanagan Distinguished Writers Program offers Alberta writers a unique opportunity to meet with experienced Canadian and international writers on an individual basis to discuss their writing. These consultations are free and open to all writers in the Alberta writing community. Marcello Di Cintio, the 2009 -2010 Markin-Flanagan Canadian Writer-in-Residence, will begin booking appointments for manuscript consultations in late August.
