The physical facility offers members 3750m2 of space with the most extensive, current and easy to use fitness equipment found at a Canadian university. Well trained, certified staff are available to assist the participant in becoming familiar with the facility and equipment. A 32 station circuit training system is available for those of you who are tight on time and prefer a quieter, more structured work-out. Our hours of operation are extensive as well, providing the participant every opportunity to utilize the equipment.
Programs & Courses
Our programs are offered by fitness and allied health professionals, and include everything from beginner fitness classes to challenging advanced level programs. We offer weight management, yoga, personal fitness training and nutritional analysis; studio cycling for all levels; introductory to advanced strength training and walk/run courses... there is something for everyone! Interested in becoming certified in the fitness industry or increasing your knowledge for your own benefit? We offer fitness certification courses. Although we offer a discount for our members on some of our programs, all are reasonably priced.
