Description
In addition to the services provided in Bundle 1 - Device Hosting, Operations Production Control (OPC) will work with the client to develop standardized documentation and procedures. In the event of a failure, OPC will utilize these documents to perform the initial troubleshooting and resolution of the incident when possible.
Bundle 2 includes all Bundle 1 service elements and assumptions, plus the following additional services:

- Release Management
-Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for hardware (client specific)
-Documentation of SOP
-Annual review of documentation set
- Device Monitoring (Hardware)
-SNMP v3 hardware monitor (drive failure, power supply, etc)
-Failure alerting with operator response to documented SOP issues
-Warranty call to vendor for replacement parts
- Change Management for hardware changes/repairs
