This form is used to request materials to be copied over from an existing Blackboard course to a new area. As you submit the form, you will be prompted to enter your IT username (eg. acherry). If you do not have an IT Username or require any assistance submitting your request, please contact the IT Support Centre at itsupport@ucalgary.ca or 403-220-5555.
