Booking Services

Booking Services offices are located in the Bacs Medical Learning Resource Centre in the Health Science Centre. Staff are available Monday - Friday 8:30 to 4:30 or by special arrangement.

(Please note: Booking Services does not arrange catering services.)

 

Booking Facility Space

For a course, a meeting or a special learning event booking the "RIGHT" room is important.   When booking a room you will be asked to provide the following:

1. The date the room is required.
2. The start and finish time of the booking. (Note: Please reset and clean the room before you leave).
3. How many people are expected.
4. Furniture arrangements or special requirements.
5. Name of the faculty / staff requiring the booking and the purpose (eg. lab meeting, journal club, group meeting, etc).
6. Contact Name and Telephone Number (eg. Admin. Assist.).

Please cancel any bookings you no longer require!
