When booking a room, you will be asked to provide the following:
- The date the room is required
- The start and finish time of the booking
- How many people are expected
- Furniture arrangements or special arrangements
- Name of the faculty/staff requiring the booking and the purpose of the booking (ie. lab meeting, journal club, group meeting, etc.)
- Contact name and Telephone Number
