We think you will find some of these tools helpful as you work to control your asthma.  Our iCAN tools may be printed for your personal use or not-for-profit education without permission.  For any other use, please ican [at] ucalgary [dot] ca.  We recommend printing/reprinting iCAN tools from our original PDFs posting here since the quality of these documents is poor with photocopying.

Proper device technique is a very important part of getting control of asthma.  Photos in the media may often display incorrect technique. To promote proper device technique, we have posted a series of our free photos.  More>>

  • Asthma Diary:  Track your asthma medications, activities, symptoms and peak flows
  • Emergency/Information Card:   Record emergency medications and contact numbers to share with caregivers
