If you need to update your name in the HR system, you can do so via the portal (click All about me > My info > Name change).

The UNavigate program, launched in September, is the latest addition to our ongoing investment in the people who make our university a great place to learn and work. UNavigate establishes a unique partnership for career development between employees, managers and the university as a whole.
UNavigate is designed to help all employees explore their unique and individualized career growth at the University of Calgary. UNavigate provides tools and resources to aid in the development of your personal career path.
A career development program considers all employees to be assets of their organization and promotes a shared accountability for career planning. Employees own their career development, leaders/managers enable it, and the organization supports it. Career development is the strategic approach to integrating an individual's career desires and aspirations with the organization's business objectives with the intention to drive engagement and retention.
