2017 Academic Salary Anomalies Review Process

Per Article 15 of the collective agreement, the annual salary anomaly review process is underway.

Academic staff members are encouraged to discuss perceived anomalies with their Dean prior to submitting the form, as salary adjustments are normally recommended to the Provost and Vice-President (Academic) by the Dean, on advice from the Head (if applicable).  The deadline for nominations from the Dean is February 24, 2017.

Individuals who wish to submit their case directly to the Salary Anomalies Advisory Committee must complete and return the Staff Application by March 10, 2017. Documents should be addressed to: ‘Chair, Salary Anomalies Advisory Committee, c/o Human Resources – Total Rewards’. Electronic submissions may be sent to and hardcopies may be delivered to MacKimmie Tower (MT), 4th Floor.
