Whether a staff member is transferring to a new role or leaving the University all together, it is important that the Reports to Manager ensures the exit is completed smoothly and effectively. Included below are links to offboarding checklists for both managers and departing staff members. These checklists outline the activities that each party should complete leading up to, and on, the staff member's last day.
This checklist should be used for voluntary terminations only. Please contact your HR Advisor for assistance with an involuntary termination.
