Human Resources, operating within the portfolio of the Vice-President of Finance and Services, comprises of several units including: Academic Relations, HR Services, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee & Labour Relations, and HR Business Support.

An HR Partner and HR Advisor(s) have been assigned to each Faculty and Unit to provide strategic HR Services and are available to answer your specific questions or direct you appropriately regarding your employment, special leaves, benefits or payroll and other HR related inquiries. In addition, they oversee the academic career processes related to new hires and provide you with assistance for promotion, tenure, and annual assessments. Your HR Partner and HR Advisor are often physically located in your Faculty/Unit.
