Areas of Research

RF and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits and Systems
Our group is working on a variety of projects in the general field of RF and Mixed-Signal ICs with the focus on low noise systems. Some prior work included development of ultra-low-noise CMOS receivers, beamforming receiver systems, cryogenically cooled circuits for quantum computing and radio astronomy, and high-speed analog-to-digital converters. For most work we have been using GF 22nm SOI and TSMC 65nm CMOS technologies but have also used other processes as well.
