Learning a language is fun!
The French Centre offers a series of courses designed in sequence to allow students to acquire all the basic structures and vocabulary of fundamental French in six terms. An advanced level is also offered. Emphasis is placed on oral communication. Students can apply their new-found knowledge in a conversation class, or sign up for a grammar review class and/or two grammar courses online.

Our instructors are native speakers, classes are kept small, most courses take place over the Fall and Winter sessions. A selection of courses are offered in the Spring and Summer sessions.
A placement test at time of registration ensures the homogeneity of classes. Please call the French Centre at 403 220 7226 for placement test schedule or to register in a course.
General information
Registration
You may register by phone or fax with a VISA or a MasterCard. You may come in person with cash, cheque or debit card. You may also mail in a cheque, but we can only process your registration when we receive your payment. We regret that we are unable to register students without payment. A receipt will be mailed to your home address.
Letter of attendance
After each individual course, a letter of attendance can be mailed to students upon request only, providing the student has attended at least 70% of the classes in the given course. Please phone 403-220-7226.
Parking passes
Temporary passes are available prior to the start of each term for $55 including GST. The pass will be valid after 3:30 pm Monday to Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. To purchase the pass, call 403-220-7226 (limited supply).
