February 14 - 21 - Reading Week. No classes. University open (except Family Day).
February 15 - Alberta Family Day. No classes. University closed (except Taylor Family Digital Library, Law, Medical, Gallagher and Business Libraries).
March 25 - Good Friday. No classes. University closed (except Taylor Family Digital Library, Law, Medical, Gallagher and Business Libraries).
March 28 - April 1 - Course Registration for continuing students for the fall 2016 and winter 2017 terms

Course registration just a couple short months away 

From March 28 - April 1, continuing students will begin registering for the fall 2016 and winter 2017 terms. March can be a busy month for students. Now is a great time to meet with an advisor to discuss your progression and have any questions answered about planning your 2016/2017 schedule.

Back for the fifth year in a row, Sexual and Gender Wellness Week is happening on campus from February 1 - 5, 2016. Sexual and Gender Wellness Week aims to provide honest, open and correct information on sex and sexuality, while encouraging students to ask questions and explore these topics in a safe environment.

Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions (AIHS) Summer Research Studentships

Experience research outside the classroom with Alberta Innovates - Health Solutions (AIHS) Summer Research Studentships. The award provides financial support for undergraduate students to participate in medical or health-related research for eight, 12, or 16 weeks between May and August 2016. Applications are due February 16.

2016 Women's Resource Centre Awards - The Women’s Resource Centre is pleased to announce that nominations are open for the 2016 WRC Awards. The awards honour a deserving University of Calgary alumna, female undergraduate student, and female graduate student who exhibit wisdom, resilience, and compassion.
