Computer Science Education Week (Dec 5 - 11, 2016) is an annual international event dedicated to showing K-12 students the importance of computer science education. The event is organized by Code.org Advocacy Coalition (code.org). The event is supported by members of the Computing in the Core coalition, including Google, Microsoft, Computer Science Teachers Association, and many more. This year, the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary was open for touring from 9am to 3pm on Dec 9, 2016.
