Presentation Anxiety

You might have heard this Jerry Seinfeld routine:  "According to most studies, people's number one fear is public speaking.  Number two is death. Death is number two?  Does that seem right?  To the average person taht means taht if they have to go to a funeral, they'd be better off in the casket than giving the eulogy."      Jerry Seinfeld

If you can related to this Seinfeld routine and if you struggle with class presentations required as part of your course work, you might want to consider this workshop.  The workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to learn and practice skills and strategies to manage the anxiety you experience when doing presentations.
