What did you think about the Common Reading Program? - Let us know!

Each year the U of C evaluates our orientation programming for first year and transfer students. This year, the University of Calgary added a new initiative, the Common Reading Program. We would like to gather your direct feedback on this program. Participants in the focus groups will be eligible to win one of four $50 gift certificates to the University of Calgary Bookstore.  Your feedback will help shape our 2012 Orientation programming and influence our book selection for the 2012 Common Reading Program.

If you would like to participate in this research, please email ccel [at] ucalgary [dot] ca and indicate a focus group time that works for you, or simply join us at one of the times below.

This research is led by the Centre for Community-Engaged Learning (CCEL) and is conducted by students in GNST 313 with Dr. Tania Smith. Even if you didn’t read Little Princes by Conor Grennan, we would still like to hear from you.

Focus groups are held in the Centre for Community-Engaged Learning (CCEL) on the 4th floor or MacEwan Student Centre (opposite the Loft).

Focus groups are held Tuesday, November 15 at 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm, and on Wednesday, November 16 at 10am, 11am and 2pm.
