• Target employers you want to meet prior to fair day
• Attending company information avaiable on JobLink under Events tab
• Research your targeted companies and prepare questions
• Representatives are a direct connection to current and future recruitment information

Make a great first impression

• Dress professionally, smile, have a firm handshake and make direct eye contact
• Ask intelligent questions - future employment opportunities in the industry/company?
• Introduce yourself - 30 second commercial - who you are, your education. experiences and  your career goals, short or long term
• Be confident  - don't travel in a group
• Bring updated resumes

Follow Up

• Ask for a business card
• Follow up with an email including a brief reminder of your conversation
