Helpful Hints
*All applications are now electronic and must be accessed through the online Student Centre:

Login to the myUofC portal
Click Student Centre (under Quick Links)
Click Apply For Awards (under Finances, Financial Aid)
Locate the required application
Click Apply

*For useful information on how to complete an online application Click Here for High School Awards, Click Here for Undergraduate Competitive Awards, Click Here for Faculty of Law Awards and Faculty of Medicine Bursaries
*Successful applicants are notified via email; please make sure your email address is current.
*Monetary awards are applied to tuition/fees after your full-time enrollment has been confirmed. You can see this in your Student Centre (under Account Inquiry).
*Let your award work for you - pay your tuition/fees less your award amount (if your award will be paid in two parts, remember to subtract your fall half from your fall fees and your winter half from your winter fees) or wait for your award to be applied to your account before you make a payment.
*If you know you will be receiving an excess award refund, complete the direct deposit form available on our home page and submit it to the Payroll Office (Administration Building). Refunds are received much faster by students who supply banking information.
*If you do not submit banking information, excess award refunds are paid out by cheque. Cheques are often mailed so please make sure your address is correct in your Student Centre.
