The tutorial is composed of text, images and links. The links take the reader to other documents, maps and images that are an integral part of the tutorial. All of the images, maps and documents that are used here originate from other sites on the World Wide Web and their host sites are identified in the World Wide Web Sources. Please do not download images from this site. Links are both internal and external and they are identified by either a red or blue dot. The red dot marks the mandatory links and the blue dot identifies the optional links.
