In recent years, microseismic has become a buzzword that is often associated with unconventional reservoirs. Having been used for years in mining and geothermal applications, the use of microseismic methods by the Oil & Gas industry is still in its infancy.
By gathering together geophysicists, geologists and reservoir engineers, this workshop will stimulate lasting discussions that will allow the promise of the technique to be tested, as well as development of a better understanding of the underlying science.
